FIBER OPTIC CABLES
Fiber optic cables used in long-distance and local communication networks are produced in modern facilities established according to the latest technology. With Loosetube technology, internal and external type "singlemode" or "multimode" fiber optic cables that are directly embedded, embedded in the bundle, overhead type and special purpose can be produced.
The production stages of the fiber optic cable are as follows.
Fiber Painting:
Fibers are painted with UV technology at 2100 m/min speeds in computer control equipment manufactured according to the latest technology.
Buffer Isolation:
The dyed fibers are placed in tubes called "loosetube” and filled with thixotropicjell. Up to 12 fibers can be placed in the tube
Sz Bending:
The core structure of the cable is formed by bending the central element around the loose tubes as SZ. With this method, up to 288 fiber cables are produced. According to customer requests, aramid yarn, glass fiber and moisture barrier can be used in the cable and finally the cable extract is sheathed. The cable is armored with a corrugated steel band or two layers of galvanized steel band to increase its resistance to radial forces and rodents after the intermediate sheath stage according to customer requests. At the customer's request, the cable can also be armored with steel wires or aramid yarn.
